A women's transformation reality project — "Diary of the Tsaritsa" — ran across 40+ Russian cities but had no digital home. Before: a flagship state robotics festival had no dedicated web presence — announcements were scattered across press releases and PDF schedules. After: a fully branded WordPress site with visual builder, SEO optimisation, and self-managed content — covered by federal press and watched by thousands before the event opened.
HR ran photo contests over email with spreadsheets. We replaced that with a self-service SharePoint web part — galleries, voting, likes, automated results — built from scratch alongside a parallel backend team.
Russian Post had dozens of data-heavy screens with no consistent grid component. We built a standardized, server-aware CustomGrid — and then wired its entire state into Redux — so every table in the portal behaved the same way.

KSUP was a sprawling government PM platform with no consistent engineering standards. Delivered five cross-cutting modules — search, financial plans, field permissions, operational plan updates, and an AX integration — while introducing frontend/backend separation that cut delivery time by ~30%.
Before: sellers searched for warehouse space and store slots via calls and spreadsheets, losing days on logistics coordination. After: Amazon-style booking platform — search, filter, check availability and pricing, book in minutes.
